Directions: Our office is located inside of the Burlington Medical Center, which is a one story, stacked stone building located behind Aaron’s and McDonalds. The office is not located directly on the street. We are near the intersection of South Main St/US 287 and Ken Pratt Blvd/Co-119. Please note that we are located on South Main Street (not North Main Street).

Please enter the building through the main (east) entrance. Go down the hallway to the center of the building. We are located on the right side of the hallway.

Parking: We have plenty of parking spaces located in the front and side of the building. Handicap spaces are available.

Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

We are closed for lunch from noon to 1pm.
